Advertiser, Sponsor, Native Content, and Promotional Liability

  • false statements;
  • misleading claims;
  • omission of material facts;
  • intellectual property infringement;
  • privacy violations;
  • regulatory non-compliance;
  • consumer complaints;
  • defamation allegations;
  • any legal consequences arising from submitted content.
