Contributor and PR Submission Terms

By submitting articles, press releases, business stories, promotional material, or other content to story.growads.in, the submitting party agrees that:

• they possess all required legal rights and permissions;
• submitted content is accurate to the best of their knowledge;
• submitted content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights;
• submitted content is not unlawful, defamatory, misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or materially false.

The submitting party grants the Website a non-exclusive right to edit, format, reproduce, publish, distribute, archive, and display the submitted material.

The Website may edit headlines, structure, formatting, language, and presentation.

The Website may reject, remove, suspend, or modify submitted content at its discretion.

The submitting party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Website, owner, editors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, or legal costs arising from submitted material.
